Data storage
Any access to our website and any data retrieval results in the storage of access data on this process in a protocol file on our provider's server. Any set of data consists of:
* the site from which the file was accessed
* the name of the accessed file(s)
* the date and time of access
* the data volume transmitted
* the access status

* the name of your internet service provider
The stored data are exclusively used for statistical purposes. We do not use data for personal data evaluation. Communication via our website
If you contact us via e-mail or using our contact form, we will store your name, your contact data and the content of your request solely for the purpose of answering it. As a precaution, please use our postal adress or fax, if you want to send us confidential information.
Temporary internet files (cookies)
If you allow cookies and you order at our online-shop, a cookie will be stored on your computer. This makes the order process easier. The cookie will automatically expire upon closing the browser.
